This is the personal portfolio of the web designers Makis Tracend and Maria Papadimitriou, who've been working on personal and commercial web projects for many years and have provided the online community a series of web applications and internet services.
This version of the site to focuses on the content and presents the work with a more personal touch. You can find samples of the work done throughout the years although note that not everything is included.
Some of the work didn't make it to the portfolio, either because it was scrap work (ex. content updates), not worth promoting, we weren't allowed to show it off for some reason or plainly because we forgot to record it...
We hope you enjoy your stay here and find it easy navigating through the pages. In any case, feel free to send in a note with your comments or other web related ideas you might have.
Thanks for visiting.

Worked on Journalspace to upgrade the profile pages with more interactive actions in order to make them easier to configure. Using AJAX a user can now move the mouse over the title bar of any of the boxes on their profile, click and drag to move its position, or delete the box with a click of a button having an immediate visual impact on the appearance the profile page.
The above image is part of the profile page where you can see two of the main features implemented – the drag n drop repositioning and the confirmation box to delete some content.

I enjoyed building this colorful website. Although the layout is similar through out the pages, each section is loading a each own CSS in order to give the different coloration.

With this script you can load a number of RSS feeds and compile them into one RSS 2.0 file. Use it to present a mash-up of your news from different places (blogs, twitter etc.) or just present news from other sources around the Net.
Here is a sample of the RSS output, taken from our own network of websites.
This was a complete re-write for PHP 5 which has the SimpleXML extension that makes XML parsing a walk in the park. If you are still using PHP 4 though you can just use the older version.
