Hello, I found this post while searching for help with JavaScript. I’ve recently changed browsers from Safari to Firefox 3.2. After the change I seem to have a problem with loading JavaScript. Everytime I browse site that needs Javascript, the site does not load and I get a “runtime error javascript.JSException: Unknown name”. I cannot seem to find out how to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Thank you for this! it almost does exactly what i need, i was wondering if theres a way to exclude categories that an author has not posted in.?

Thanks for posting the download. How’s the new “Author’s categories” plugin coming for you? I’m using the latest wordpress (2.8.4) and wanted to use the Blog Matrix plugin for author categories (thank you for letting me know that it won’t work).

I’d love to try out your new author plugin as soon as it’s ready!

Thanks Richard, I think in general people are positive about it and ask for additional features.

For many it seems trivial these days to have certain features (like a colse button) but as I’ve been saying this is a barebones script to enhance to your liking.

AND it doesn’t rely on any framework - it’s pure JavaScript code.

I don’t care what anybody says. This script is awesome! You did a good job! I know what it’s like to write a script some people talk like it’s so easy and it’s done in a couple days. good job.
